Cameron Wood Swim & Racquet Club
At Cameron Wood Swim and Racquet Club we value all our neighbors in the Wood. While we do work closely with the Cameron Wood Home Owners Association, we are a separate organization with separate operating boards. All Cameron Wood homeowners are eligible to join the Swim & Racquet Club. Our goal is to serve our neighborhood community as the town center or Main Street gathering place, where families, friends and neighbors can come together for summer fun, holiday festivities and year-round entertainment!
The Cameron Wood Swim and Racquet Club is available for the exclusive use of members and their guests. Our Club memberships offers a beautifully refaced clubhouse and newly resurfaced pools, two lighted tennis courts, poolside concession stand, an active swim team and numerous year round social activities. The main swimming pool includes both a separate 10 foot deep diving area with diving board at one end and 3 foot wading area with cascading steps for easy entry, we also have designated baby pool with gated surroundings and adult level latched entry and exit.
Adjacent to the Club are our two lighted hard surface tennis courts, and an outdoor recreation area that includes a children’s playground and fenced ball field, which are available for use by all residents of Cameron Wood. Our Social Committee is also very active and organizes variety of year-round activities for both children and adults of all ages.
As a resident of Cameron Wood, you are eligible to acquire a Partner Membership to the Swim & Racquet Club. Our one-time initiation fee is $700 (payable up front or in quarterly payments over the first year) and annual dues are $400 (payable in two payments of $200 on December 1st and May 1st). A Partner Membership offers use of all of the Club facilities and the initiation fee represents an equity interest in the Club that is transferable with your home. We also maintain a limited number of Associate memberships for family or individuals living in adjoining neighborhoods.
